First Class Elevators is an Australian owned and operated company providing a range of services for your elevator; from planning to supply, initial installation, service, repairs, maintenance, removal and replacement, modernisations and troubleshooting.
We provide our services to residential buildings, public buildings, offices, hotels and workshops of all shapes and sizes.
First Class Elevators does not have the large overheads of bigger companies, so we can afford to keep our prices competitive whilst still providing first class products and services for your home or business. About Us
We are an Australian owned and operated company. Our managing director is a fully qualified technician with over 15 years’ experience, having been trained by an Internationally renowned elevator company and having worked with large and small lift companies in NSW.
Our team members are a mix of fully trained lift industry professionals, experienced technicians, tradespeople and apprentices. Our teams work flexibly and are fully equipped to provide friendly and professional services. We also source specialists from within the local industry when a job requires additional trades.
First Class Elevators is committed to developing the lift industry in New South Wales. We work with TAFE to offer apprenticeships in the lift industry, which contributes to keeping young people employed and building long term productive careers for them. We also provide ongoing training to our regular staff to promote long term employment in New South Wales.
Existing buildings
We can supply and install a new elevator in your building, including planning and choosing the various options such as weight carried, speed, colour, buttons etc.
We offer fast, clean removal and disposal of old lifts and leave your building clean and ready for installation.
We modernise and breathe new life into outdated lifts to increase the value of your property and keep up with technology and standards.
Our clients include large international lift companies, local Australian lift companies, Australian small business, building, construction companies and individuals.
We work professionally and keep noise levels to the minimum required to undertake the work; and depending on the site and work required, we make special arrangements to minimise disruptions, such as working at certain times of the day or night that are suitable to you. We use safety equipment to make sure any residents or workers at the site are kept safe throughout the assignment.
We are Government certified, certificate and are fully insured in accordance with legislation.

Our Elevators
We source the latest elevators from Europe to suit your specifications, from small boutique homes to multi-storey buildings including hotels, apartments, offices, car parks, public facilities, etc. We can retrofit into existing buildings or install as part of a new build.

Installations
First Class Elevators offers professional installation of all types of elevators, from small home lifts to large multi storey, multi-elevator buildings.
Our teams live and breathe elevators every working day and receive training both on the job and through formal courses, and this way we can provide you with a professional experienced service.
Modernisations
If your elevator needs updating it may be more cost efficient to modernise it instead of replacing it. We can modernise your elevator to increase carrying capacity or comfort, reduce energy costs or upgrade it to align with current standards of safety and efficiency. This approach will increase the value of your property in a more cost-effective way.
Modernisations will retain the parts of your elevator that don’t need replacing, and will install new parts that fit seamlessly into the old components to arrive at a new, high quality modern elevator without all the cost of a full replacement.
Modernisations are effective where the basic parts of the elevator are still in good working order. We will inspect and review your elevator to see if a modernisation is suitable.
Maintenance
We offer maintenance contracts that take the headache out of maintaining your lift. For a small monthly fee we can service your lift at regular intervals to help avoid those inconvenient unplanned call-outs when something goes wrong.
Repairs and Troubleshooting
Should your lift break down we can inspect your lift and provide advice on any repairs needed to get it going again. We can troubleshoot solutions, source replacement parts and repair your lift back to working order as quickly as possible, and we will make every endeavour to get your lift working again with a minimum of fuss and disruption.
